food. Each day, Go Yo! offers 12 varieties of self serve frozen yogurt
and over 40 toppings that will make each visit to Go Yo! a new and
exciting experience. Go Yo! provides healthy, nutritious and tasty
yogurt creations in a fun, relaxed and customer-centric environment.
Consumers of all ages have become more self-sufficient. Allowing
customers to select their own yogurt flavors and toppings in the
proportions they want gives people a sense of control and adds to the
positive feeling about the food they are consuming.
Go Yo! creates
such an 'OutOfThiSwirled' experience through our customer-centric
strategy. Consumers of all ages have become more self-sufficient (e.g.,
we now bring our own reusable bags to the grocery store and often do our
own “bagging” of our purchases). Allowing customers to select their own
yogurt flavors and toppings in the proportions they want gives people a
sense of control and adds to the positive feeling about the food they
are consuming.

The
Frozen Yogurt Industry
As
indicated by explosive sales growth, the frozen yogurt industry has been
rapidly expanding. The total frozen yogurt market in the U.S. is
estimated at $18.1 billion, which is more than a ten-fold increase from
a decade ago, when the market size was $1.5 billion. The fastest growing
segment in this market is the healthy, probiotic yogurt. Industry
analysts expect this market to continue to expand at a rapid pace. Even
during the current recession the demand for frozen yogurt, especially in
self-serve stores, has “escaped mostly unscathed from the teeth of the
economic downturn” according to an article published this summer in the
USA Today newspaper. "These groovy frozen yogurts are small luxuries at
a time folks can't afford big luxuries," says Howard Waxman, publisher
of the Ice Cream Reporter newsletter. "They're not selling frozen
yogurt. They're selling the experience."
Training
Go
Yo! has developed our Franchisee Go Getters training program with each
owner in mind. Our one week training class at our headquarters in Boyton
Beach, FL will cover everything from identifying the right location,
build out, marketing and sales strategies, store operations, point of
sale education and more! In addition to the classroom and hands on
training in our local facility, a senior member of our executive team
will also spend two days with each owner in their location shortly after
opening.
