systems, Mr. Schadle has been involved in all aspects of franchising with over
a dozen different national franchise systems ranging from hair salon
franchisors to hotel franchisors. Mr. Schadle has extensive background and
experience in determining the suitability and qualifications of candidates as
possible franchisees in a vast array of franchise systems.

Mr. Cohen is the CEO of FranchiseGiant.com and cofounder of Rhino 7 Consulting,
the leading franchise outsource sales organization in the country.
Prior to forming Rhino 7 Consulting Mr. Cohen was involved in the franchise
industry for more than 10 years in various capacities from development to
sales. Mr. Cohen played a major role in the development of several startups
that have now grown to be leaders in their segments.
